Trust your taper

Felt much better today in the water.  Shared a lane with Dick and Tyrone. Whitney coached.

Main set:
Assigned 25 x 100 @ 2:00; I swam 12, 1-4 as 50 strong/50 easy (averaged :38/1:23), 5 fast (1:17), 6-9 as 50 strong/50 easy (averaged :36/1:18), 10 fast (1:12!), 11-14 as 50 strong/50 easy (1:18s again)
200 easy

2300 meters

Felt very strong and smooth on 6-12 swimming :05 behind Dick.
