Lifted weights last night.  I had an early meeting again this morning so I swam on my own in the outdoor 25 meter pool at Life Time.  The was a comfortable temperature.  I modified the workout Whitney sent me because I only had about an hour to swim, having started at 5:15.

Warm up:
2 x (150 swim/50 kick, 150 pull/50 kick)
Main set:
3 x (8 x 100 @ 1:25); made round one, moderate effort; pulled round one: swam round three and held   1:20 (1500 race pace).
100 easy

My shoulder felt fine tis morning.  This was my best (and longest) set of scm 100s on 1:25.  Very encouraging given that it was very early and I was swimming solo.
