Fast Friday May 23, 2014

After a full week of long course workouts I was a bit broken down today.  Swam in the main pool at UT with Dick, Kristy, and Ben.

Warm up:
15 minute swim, :30 easy, :30 strong...2:30 easy, 2:30 strong
Main set:
3 x (400 @ 8:00/200 @ 5:00/100 @ 3:00/50 @ 2:00/150 easy)
Went 5:28, 2:39, 1:14, :34 on round one, 5:24, 2:36, 1:15, :35 on round two, and 5:31 (ouch), 1:15 (missed the 200 because of a page), and :34 on round three.
