Lifted weights on Monday evening.  Swam IM workouts at UT on Tuesday and Wednesday. This morning I shared a lane with Jared, Larry, and Joe.  Whitney coached.

Warm up:
3 x (150 swim/100 pull/50 kick)
Main set:
8 x 150 @ 2:00, held 1:48, went 1:44 on the last one
100 easy
8 x 25 @ :35, IM order, fast
6 x 125 pull @ 1:45, held 1:28, went 1:25 on the last one
100 easy
6 x 25 kick @ :35, fast
4 x 125 @ 1:30, made them
100 easy
