Swam at UT with Larry, Jared, and Sharon.  Whitney coached. 

Warm up:
400 swim, 100 fly kick/swim, 300 pull, 100 back kick/swim, 200 swim, 100 breast kick/swim
Main set:
30 x 100 @ 2:00 (no, that is not a typo) as 5 sets of 6 with an easy 50 between rounds, each round averaging :02 faster; I held 1:24, 1:22, 1:20, 1:17-1:18, and 1:14-1:15 (400 race pace) by round.

I had no shoulder pain today despite lifting weights on Tuesday night and swimming every morning this week.  I plan to begin tapering for Nationals in five weeks.
