Didn't have much in the tank this morning.  I lifted weights Monday evening and swam an IM work out yesterday.  Shared a lane with Sharon, Andrea, and Katy today.  The pool was set up long course.

Warm up:
4 x (150 swim/50 kick/50 stroke)
Main set:
4 x 100 @ 1:30
3 x 100 @ 1:25
2 x 100 @ 1:20 (didn't make these)
1 x 100 @ 1:15 (nope)
800 with fins
1 x 100 @ 1:20
2 x 100 @ 1:25
3 x 100 @ 1:30
4 x 100 @ 1:35; made these but pulled the first six
800 with fins
100 easy

4700 meters
