One more week of hard training, that is, before I begin to taper. I felt tight on Fast Friday and struggled a bit with the main set (3 x 200 @ 5:00/100 @ 3:00/50 @ 1:00); I went 2:15, 2:14, and 2:11-2:12 on the 200s behind Tyler, who was actually not as far ahead of me as I thought he would be. Lifted weights Friday evening. On Saturday I shared a lane with Larry, Katy, Allen, and David. Whitney coached. I felt better in the water than I had on Friday.
