Two more solid days of training as I continue to rehab my shoulder.  Yesterday was of course Fast Friday; the main set was 2 x (3 x 50 @ 1:00/1 x 50 fast from a dive/1 x 100 easy/1 x 100 fast from a dive/1 x 600 pull) followed by one last 100 fast from a dive.  Held 1:00 on the fast 100s without any shoulder discomfort and felt strong.  This morning I swam in the main pool at UT with Larry, Kristy, Sharon, and Brad.  Kris coached. My shoulder was a bit stiff when I woke up but felt fine in the water.  I have eliminated the breath off the wall after a critique yesterday from Chris who was repeating what Whitney had told me before.

10 & 11 pull @ 4:10
12 as a 300 IM
13 & 14 free @ 4:10, descending by :03
15 choice, pulled this one easy

Descended the 300s 3:43, 3:40, 3:36, 3:33, 3:28, and 3:22--my fastest 300 in practice when I wasn't shaved and tapered.
