Swam at Life Time this morning in the indoor 25 meter pool.  I was still a bit tired from yesterday afternoon's workout. 

400 swim, 200 kick, 400 pull
Transition set:
8 x (25 kick @ :40/50 swim @ :50)
Main set:
12 x 150 @ 2:30, pulled  #5 and #10, averaged 2:01-2:02, went 2:00 on the last one
100 easy
