Swam at Nitro with David, Anthony, Jackie, Ginger, and Zach.  Scott coached using one of Tom's workouts.  The pool was set up long course.  I had my own lane.

Main set, no additional rest:
3 x 300 @ 5:00, descended from 4:20 to 4:14
1 x 200 @ 3:30, went 2:50
2 x 300 @ 5:00, went 4:19 and 4:16
2 x 200 @ 3:30, went 2:50 and 2:45
1 x 300 @ 5:00, went 4:23
3 x 200 @ 3:30, descended from 2:50 to 2:45
100 easy

3000 meter set, predominantly En2.  Great endurance workout today.
