And another disappointing workout. Swam at Nitro with David, Tom, Kirk, and Steve. Jordan coached. I am not getting the long endurance sets that I need for the mile. Patterns (as in this workout) are cute, but I don't find them particularly helpful. I would rather swim a long set of 200s, 300s , or 400s; Maglischo seems to agree with that philosophy. I plan to swim doubles twice weekly in January and February.
