Yesterday was an IM workout; we swam 4 x (4 x 50 @ 1:10, drill/swim), IM order, followed by 4 x 200 IM @ 3:30.  I went 3:00 on the last one.  Today I swam with Kirk, Anthony, Zach, and Michael.  James coached.

400 swim, 300 kick, 200 pull, 100 swim
4 x 200 @ 3:30, went 2:46, 2:43, 2:42, 2:38
4 x 150 @ 2:30, 100 moderate/50 fast, held 2:00 on all four
1 x 400 pull
4 x 100 @ 1:25, averaged 1:19-1:20, felt strong
100 easy
