Yesterday was a long course IM workout; the main set was 1 x 400 IM, followed by 4 x 200 IM.  This morning I swam at Nitro with Tom, Michael, and Anthony, next to Kirk and David.  James coached.

Main set:
5 x (2 x 150 @ 2:10, 1 x 150 kick/swim/kick), went 2:00 and 2:03 on the first and second 150s of each round
100 easy
