Continued my taper this morning at Nitro.  We were swimming 3-4/lane, which is unusual for us.  Stephen coached, but I modified the written workout.  The crowded lanes and the chop made this more of a challenge. 

500 swim
8 x 50 kick @ 1:20
8 x 125 pull @ 2:00
8 x 50 @ :50, 500 race pace
200 easy
