Still feeling the effects of my taper, which confirms my suspicion that we Masters swimmers have a tendency to over train.  Swam at Nitro this morning with David; we modified Stephen's workout a bit.

500 swim, 400 drill with fins, 300 pull, 200 drill, 100 swim
10 x 50 @ 1:00, working the walls, held :32-:33 comfortably
2 x (4 x 125 @ 2:00 [25 fly/100 free @ 1000 race pace], 8 x 25 @ :30, odds fly, evens free); held 1:26 on the the 125s which is very good for me, averaging 1:10s for the 100s free
200 easy
