Swam at Nitro with David, Steve, and Anthony. Stephen coached. We modified the workout slightly.
500 swim, 250 kick, 250 pull
10 x 50 kick @ 1:00, no fins (could not make these back in the day, although I do pull on the lane rope occasionally)
4 x (25 fly, 50 free, 75 fly/back/back, 100 IM) on :30 base; averaged 1:16 on the IMs
16 x 25 @ :30, odds fly, evens free
4 x 100 @ 1:15, averaged 1:08s--my strongest set yet on this interval
Despite being on call, I have not missed a workout this weekend, and I am ready to begin tapering next week.
