Lifted weights Monday evening.  Missed practice yesterday morning because of an early conference downtown and briefly considered swimming last night at Life Time, but I knew James would have a challenging workout planned for us today.  Felt rested this morning and swam at Nitro with Anthony, Zach, and Tom.

400 swim, 300 pull
8 x 75 kick/swim/kick @ 1:30, IM order
Main set:
3 x (50 fast @ :35, 150 easy, 50 fast @ 1:00, 300 fast); held :31 for the 50s, descended the 300s 3:34, 3:32, and 3:29, which is my best set of 300s yet.
200 easy
