Swam at Nitro with David, Steve, Tom, James, Jean, and Eryn. Clint coached. Before I arrived at the pool yesterday morning the assistant age group coach apologized to the Masters team for his behavior last Saturday but apparently told them that he didn't know the swimmers who had jumped in our lane and that they said they hadn't done it anyway. Or something like that. Today he passed me in the locker room without speaking to or acknowledging me. You know, I love traditions, and tradition would dictate that, having been dishonored, he should fall on his sword.

  1. After backing down from a fight he started, failing to apologize to the person whom he most irritated, and making excuses to those he did apologize to, it seems unlikely that this man has a sword to fall upon.
