Progress

Swam at Nitro with Lynne, Steve, Kirk, and David. Tom coached. Lynne and I modified the workout, eliminating the IM portion and swimming free instead.

300 swim, 200 drill, 300 pull
1100 swim, 25 easy/25 hard, 50 easy/50 hard, 100 easy/100 hard, 200 easy/200 hard, 100 easy/100 hard, 50 easy/50 hard, 25 easy/25 hard; went 12:35 for the 1000 which is right at En2--5 seconds slower than my T-1000 but 25 seconds faster than my split on the T-3000.
12 x 150 @ 1650 pace (1:48), 1-4 @ 2:20, 5-8 @ 2:10, 100 easy, then 9-12 @ 2:00
8 x 50 kick @ 1:10
200 easy

Since I am done with my interventional boards, I have been reading Strunk & White's The Elements of Style and have written three pages of Peer Review which don't suck.
