Swam at Nitro with David, Steve, Ron, Melanie, Tom, and Chuck. Clint coached. Since I am now training for the mile (an anaerobic threshold event), I have been trying to swim more sets at a moderate (En2) pace with relatively short (<20 sec) rest.
