Lifted weights last night. Swam at Nitro with Steve, David, and James. Tom wrote the workout and coached. We are averaging 4000 yards these days.

200 SKP
3 x 500 @ 7:30, went 6:26, 6:16, 6:08
150 easy
2 x 500 @ 7:30, went 6:19 and 6:13
150 easy
1 x 500, went 6:06 (first 300 was under 3:35, but I fell off the pace after that)
150 easy

My goal for some time has been to consistently hold a 1:10 pace/100 in practice, but this has been elusive for repeat distances greater than a 150. I have decided to try for a 1:12 pace/100, which would be fast enough to break 20:00 in the 1650.
