One of the nice things about Nitro is that the pool is open for lap swimming from 9 until 3 during the school year, so on days like today (when I missed the Masters workout because of an emergency case) I can swim on my own later in the morning. For some reason Mike (Koleber), the head coach, reassured me before I started that the AED was functional and that he would ask the instructors in the lessons pool to keep an eye on me. He must know something I don't. Anyway, I had the main pool to myself and followed Clint's workout. And I remembered to swim away from the light.
