Swam at Nitro next to Tom and David. Clint wrote the workout and coached.

200 breast (leaving on Clint's send off, which wasn't much rest)

  1. what's up with the no rest lately. i spent probably a grand total of 3 minutes on the wall today (wednesday's) practice. but am noticing that this is becoming a clint trend.

  2. I definitely push myself harder with a coach on deck. Cutting back on the "Masters minutes" lets us get in more yardage. And when he does give us an extra minute, you really appreciate it. There's no resting at the wall in the middle of a race, right?

  3. no that's true...i definitely appreciate being pushed harder after practice. it's easy to get frustrated during.

    i have noticed that there has been an increase in yardage due to the no rest though.
