Swam at Nitro with David, Kirk, James, Tom and Jordan. Clint coached.

  1. That first set is a keeper. I may give that set a whirl on my own soon. I see you held your 1:10 goal. What do you think has been preventing you from consistently going 1:10? I find most of the time when I can't get to an interval/repeat goal that is clearly achievable for me it is often a mental hurdle. I find this especially true in running.

  2. I am unable to hold that pace consistently over longer distances (200s and up) without a lot of rest between repeats. Don't think it's mental. I think I need better mitochondria.

  3. Don't be using fancy doctoring words on me, Doc. Can you tell me what are your "lungbusters?" I love doing no breathers at the end of a workout.

  4. Supposed to be 25s underwater no breath.
