Swam at Nitro with Steve, Greg and Louis. Tom coached. The pool was set up long course.

500 swim, 500 kick
5 x 100 pull @ 1:30
500 swim, went 7:22, then 2 x 50 kick fast with :10 rest in between
1:00 rest
400 swim, went 5:49, then 2 x 50 kick fast
1:00 rest
300 swim, went 4:20, then 2 x 50 kick fast
1:00 rest
200 swim, went 2:46, then 2 x 50 kick fast
1:00 rest
100 swim, went 1:15.1
100 easy

  1. That's a nice workout and your times are excellent. That kicking part really increased the difficulty I bet.
