We modified our call rotation so that we have two physicians sharing call on weekends. Consequently, after rounds I was able to join my family for breakfast at the Counter Cafe--one of our favorite spots--and later went to Life Time for a swim.

800 swim, 200 kick, 500 pull
Main set, "Double Up"--50/100/200--three times through on 1:00 base/50
Round one:  :42/1:24/2:48
Round two:  :38/1:18/2:38
Rested an extra minute,
Round three: :37/1:16/2:31
150 easy
8 x 25 fly @ :45
100 easy
