Memorial Day, 2009

Slept in again today, then swam at Life Time Fitness (short course meters) with my daughter.

400 swim, 200 kick, 400 pull
5 x 100 @ 2:00, 1 & 2 "twinkies", 3 easy, 4 & 5 "zingers"
9 x 50 @ 1:00, fly/back, back/breast, breast/free 3 x through, all drill
8 x 25 kick @ :40, no fins
8 x 50 @ :40, made 'em; I have only made 8 on this interval once before in Masters
200 easy

Back at Nitro in the morning. Very hard to get up at 4:30 when I don't have to work.
