500 swim, 300 kick, 200 pull
8 x 50 drill/swim @ 1:00
4 x 200 @ 3:00, held 2:43
100 dolphin kick with fins
3 x 200 @ 3:15, held 2:40
100 dolphin kick with fins
2 x 200 @ 3:30, held 2:37
100 dolphin kick with fins
1 x 200, went 2:37, did not really put the hammer down on the last one; overall a good set
100 easy
