500 swim, six beat kick on every 4th lap
5 x 200 @ 2:45 descend, went 2:28, 2:26, 2:24, 2:19 (where did that come from?), 2:23 (out too slow); solid effort for me at that interval, especially after Monday's and Tuesday's workouts
16 x 25 @ :20; we were supposed to break after 8 but Lynne and James kept going
