Lifted weights yesterday. Swam with David, next to Greg, Steve, Tom and Eric. Clint coached.

Main set:
4 x 300 @ 4:00, descended these 3:43, 3:41, 3:40 and 3:39; this was my best set of 300s on this interval
2 x 8 x 25 @ :30, odds easy, evens fast
